1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Bharat Vaasi app or website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bharat Vaasi is a community platform that lets users discover and RSVP to local events, create and manage invitations, organize groups, and connect with local organizations and businesses.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or RSVPing to an event.

4. SMS and WhatsApp Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS and/or WhatsApp messages from Bharat Vaasi related to event invitations, RSVP confirmations, event reminders, and updates from hosts and organizations you interact with.

• Message frequency varies based on your activity and the events you're associated with.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of using any part of the Service that does not require it.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to post false, misleading, or harmful content, to impersonate another person or organization, or to send unsolicited messages to other users through the platform.

6. Organization Accounts

Organizations that register to host events or post community content are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish and for complying with all applicable laws regarding communications sent to members and attendees.

7. Elections & Voting Tools

Bharat Vaasi provides administrative software tools only for organizations that choose to run elections, votes, or ballots through the Service — we do not act as an official election certification body, election administrator, or notary. Organizations are solely responsible for verifying that their use of these tools, and any electronic voting settings they configure, complies with their own charter, bylaws, and all applicable state and local laws before relying on results produced through the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via our account deletion page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that events listed by hosts or organizations will occur as scheduled or described.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bharat Vaasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
